the restaurant was good with helpful friendly staff, we ordered savoury dishes. the view of the mountains it had was magnificent. the location was absolutely perfect - walking distance to everywhere we wanted to go.
We expected there would be wifi, but didn't find it.

Free Wi-Fi in common areas, located in the heart of the village and ski station, daily continental breakfast, ski-in/ski-out access, luggage storage.
Such a shame that the hotel doesn't have a ski jump or a snowboarding half pipe available in the common areas. Such a missed opportunity for some extreme winter sports action.

Free Wi-Fi access: The hotel's Wi-Fi was as fast as a downhill skier, allowing me to stay connected and share all of my incredible mountain adventures with my friends and family.
Soundproofing between rooms: The soundproofing between rooms could be improved. While it was fine for families, those seeking a quiet and intimate honeymoon might want to consider other options.

I had a wonderful stay at a cute hotel with everything I needed at a fair price. The hostess took great care to ensure my comfort. The ski room with boot warmer was a nice touch. Plus, the hotel had negotiated a 30% discount with a local ski shop, which saved me money on rentals. I highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable and budget-friendly stay.

I recently stayed at La Pointe Percee in the charming village of Le Grand-Bornand. The staff were absolutely wonderful, friendly, and helpful. The hotel's central location provided easy access to everything, with great views of the square and surrounding hills. As a family-run establishment, it felt like staying with part of the community rather than a chain hotel. The rooms and bathrooms were clean and practical, and there was a convenient storage room for ski equipment. The hotel also offered a shuttle service to the ski lift, in addition to being within walking distance.
Would recommend this hotel.

The room was clean and nicely decorated, with enough space for comfort. The bathroom was functional and looked new, which was a pleasant surprise. The hotel was situated in the center of the village, making it convenient to explore nearby shops, restaurants, and cafes. the friendly staff/owner provided helpful recommendations and assistance throughout our stay.
The stairs to the higher floors were a bit challenging, especially after a long day of skiing. the drying room lacked racks specifically for snowboards, only accommodating skis.
